Black women are nearly 4 times more likely to die during childbirth in England. Let's find out how deep this problem goes, the impacts that it’s having on black and brown skin women, and the stories of some very inspiring people who have made it their mission to change it.

I'm joined by Gemma Poole and Donna Ockenden who are reviewing maternity services in Nottingham and plan to create a more inclusive and safer service. To do that, they need the feedback of the people who have lived experience of the system.
