Is an $8,000 YouTube Setup 10x better than an $800 YouTube Setup? I decided to run an experiment and find out. What I discovered is there are really two things that can make a huge difference in any setup you have: Audio and Lighting.

I would suggest these:
Microphone ($39): https://amzn.to/2H6lPxh
Lighting: ($300): https://amzn.to/3m3VlM7 + SoftBox (https://amzn.to/3j9PdQA ) + Stand (https://amzn.to/3dxzZn8)

Who am I:

My name is Zach. I'm a second-year medical student in Philadelphia. I make videos about medical school, entrepreneurship, and other cool things. I love trying new things and often mess up. However, every time I screw up I usually learn something. Whatever I learn I post either on YouTube or my website 🌐 (https://zhighley.com/).

I write a weekly newsletter 💌 (https://zhighley.com/newsletter/) linking the best things I read, watched, and listened to that week. Not a single person has unsubscribed from this list (yet 😬).
