I spent the last two weeks touring apartments in NYC to find my next home and decided to record them and make this video to show you guys what I found! My search consisted of finding studio/ 1bedfroom apartments in downtown Manhattan for under $3000/month. While I ended up finding and signing a good lease, I definitely saw many questionable apartments that I go over in this video, so make sure to watch to the end!! I also give some tips on what I used to find apartments and scenarios I encountered that one should avoid when going on a search like this. That being said, this video took FOREVER to film and edit so please if you liked this video, a like really helps out a lot!
