Why the heck would I take cold showers? My lovely warm shower relaxes me, makes me feel all warm and fuzzy, and is like the choice between celery and ice cream - I'm taking ice cream every time... was how I've felt when I'd tried cold showering before ❄️
But reading about Wim Hof's Method, I began doing some research into studies showing the benefits of taking a cold shower. By using the RIGHT techniques I discovered in Wim's book and in these studies, I've now just completed by 100th cold shower... And spoiler alert: by the time you've watched this, I'm pretty sure you'll want to start cold showering too 😲
